Digital Maturity Scan

The purpose of the Digital Maturity Scan is to gain insight into the digital maturity of the department, underlying teams and individual employees. The main differentiator of the Digital Maturity Scan is its data-driven innovation approach, which leads to focused change and supportive knowledge that enables transformation.

By using the Digital Maturity Scan to uncover ambition patterns and the current state of digital maturity, your organization can change at a fast and focused pace. The Digital Maturity Scan offers organizations the opportunity to deploy focussed transformations with certainty and with data driven objectivity. It enables your organisation to form a step-by-step plan of actionable insights that leads to a digital mindset.

As such the Digital Maturity Scan not only supports, but drives digital transformation. Its outcome helps to objectively pinpoint the key areas to focus on. This output creates actionable insights through which it is possible to determine data-driven and with focus what needs to be changed, why it needs to be changed and in which order the change needs to be carried out. The outline of the Digital Maturity Scan is as follows:

1. Digital Maturity Scan (baseline assessment)

The Future of Work is made concrete and measured for your organization. Where are the opportunities to work more data driven and where should the priorities be to improve processes. Within 4 domains (strategy, people, processes and technology) subdivided into 7 subsectors, an individual question is asked.

2. GAP-Analysis

Based on the Digital Maturity scan an analysis is done to pinpoint the gaps in knowledge and skills within the teams.

3. Post-processing

The data-driven output of the Digital Maturity Scan should lead to focused and innovative input into the roadmap to be designed. In a joined session with your organization’s teams we will talk through and qualitatively validate the outcomes of the Digital Maturity Scan. The output of these sessions is essential to design a supported and prioritized roadmap for and by your teams in which the development to the next Digital Maturity level is central.

4. Roadmap

Sound can offer several focused modules within the program that specifically address the gaps analyzed from the digital maturity scan and the subsequent roadmap. This roadmap consists of various co-creative building blocks, starting with a kick-off followed by various learning interventions in the subsequent 3 weeks. The exact content can only be determined data driven, but contact us if you wish to hear a possible selection.

5. Track

After the program, participants will again be asked about their progress and their performance will be measured based on success criteria.

6. Adapt

Based on the results and evaluation, a plan can be made for additional support.

As we live in an age where technology can take over many of our tasks, interpreting this data is what gives us value and where we as humans need to learn how to interact and collaborate with technology in the most optimal way possible. If we are fixed in our thinking, and thus adopt a fixed perspective, we will never see the growth options that multiple perspectives do offer us. The Digital maturity Scan enables participants to take big steps in maturity in a short period of time.

Short introduction of this Reference Case. At Sound Academy we uncover, explain and make you aware of how exponential technology is changing and changing us.
